Medora Health does not offer refunds. Once a consultation is purchased, the sale is final and the fee cannot be refunded or canceled — including if a clinician determines that medication is not appropriate for you. A consultation pays for professional clinical review, not a guaranteed prescription.
Prescription medication
For safety and legal reasons, prescription medication cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after it has been dispensed.
Problems with a shipment
If a package arrives damaged or incorrect, or is missing, report it promptly through the patient portal and follow the pharmacy’s instructions. Do not use medication that appears damaged, altered, or incorrectly labeled.
