Policies

Shipping policy

What to expect when an approved prescription is transferred for pharmacy fulfillment.

When fulfillment begins

Shipping can begin only after a licensed clinician issues a valid prescription and the pharmacy receives and processes it. Starting a consultation does not mean medication will ship.

Timing

Approved prescriptions typically arrive within 3–4 days after the pharmacy processes the prescription. This window begins once the prescription is issued and received by the pharmacy. Weekends, holidays, weather, address issues, and carrier events may cause delays.

Address responsibility

Provide a complete delivery address in a state where services are available. Medora Health does not serve California. Review your address before submitting; prescription shipments may have limited rerouting options.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking, carrier, packaging, signature requirements, and delivery notices are determined by the dispensing pharmacy and carrier. Store medication securely and according to the pharmacy label.

Shipping problems

Use the patient portal to report missing, delayed, damaged, or incorrect shipments. If a package appears tampered with or the label is incorrect, do not take the medication until the pharmacy advises you.
